Josiah "Joe" Antwon Tate was born in Anderson, SC on January 13, 2010, to his loving parents Antwanneshea Sharmel Carson and Marcel Tate. The first born son of Antwanneshea, Josiah earned his angel wings on July 3, 2012.
Josiah leaves to cherish his memory, loving parents, Antwanneshea Sharmel Carson of Anderson, SC and Marcel Tate of Calhoun Falls, SC; surrogate father, Jahwaun Wesley Blair, Anderson SC; maternal grandparents, June and James Thompson, Anderson, SC; Charles "Bohawk" Sullivan, Anderson, SC; surrogate maternal grandfather, Mitch Tukes of Toccoa, GA; paternal grandmother, Earlene Belcher and the late Bobby Ray Tate, Calhoun Falls, SC; siblings, Taurius Tate Jr, Cath'et Tate, Iliyah Tate and Kyliyah Tate of Calhoun Falls, SC, aunts Tara Harris, Anderson, SC; Nicole Tillman, Elizabeth Washington, BobbyJean Tate of Calhoun Falls, SC; uncles, Antwon Carson, Anderson, SC; Justin Belcher and Keith Tate, Calhoun Falls, SC, a special cousin and playmate Jimarcious "J-Booga" Mattress and caregiver Coretta Blair of Anderson, SC and a host of other family and friends.
Services will be at 2:00p.m., Monday July 9, 2012 at Welfare Baptist Church, 2106 Bolt Dr., Belton, S.C. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 1:00p.m. The Unity Mortuary of Anderson is in charge of arrangements. The family is at 68 Lemans Drive, Anderson, S.C.
