Betty Chrisley Obituary
Born April 10, 1947, in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Henry Herbert Giles and Evelyn Shirley Giles. Ms. Chrisley attended schools in Greenwood and retired from Greenwood Mills, Sloan Plant. She enjoyed gardening, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was a member of Woodfields Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Lisa Burch (Barron) of Greenwood; a son, Tracy Chrisley (Tammie) of Hodges; four grandchildren, Gareth Burch (Caitlyn), Dillon Burch, Kirstine Guire (Chris) and Bryant Chrisley; and seven great-grandchildren.
Ms. Chrisley was preceded in death by her brother, Calvin E. Shirley.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Monday from the Blyth Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-2 Monday afternoon.
Burial will be held in Bethlehem Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
