Reece was my true and loyal friend for over half a century. We went to school together (Northside JHS & Greenwood HS), worked together (highway department), partied together (Starnes, etc.) and shared many happy and boisterous times. He was always there through good times and bad times. We always spoke on our shared birthday (2/7/52) despite living in different states. He could sometimes be outrageous but was always outrageously funny and had a kind and generous heart. Reece stories and memories are too numerous to name. He will be missed by all who knew him. Thank you Reece for letting me be a part of your life. You were one of a kind!

I met Reece in Jr. HS. I played tennis for the first time with Reece with white balls at Lander College campus. I have many memories of my life with Reece that make me want to laugh. We saw King Kong at the movie theatre together in Atlanta that starred Jessica Lange on the very first row. Everyone knows Kong was a big ape but on the first row it was truly amazing. Sometimes I think I could laugh for the rest of my life about my times with Reece. I will miss Reece for my eternity. Reece's heart was always in the right place.

I met Reece at 12 years old at Northside Junior High and we were close friends since that time. Reece loved his family and his friends dearly. I´d like to think I was in the family category. I know he was always a part of my family. I´ll miss him always.

He was everybody's "best" friend. A real character and extremely fun to talk with.

Loved talking to Reese and petting Mac on dog walks. He really loved his tennis and the Lander team. My Maddie loved nosing up to Mac. Blessings to the family. Terry Robinson
