Annie F. Falterman Small

Annie Falterman Small, 88, born July 2, 1915, died at 1:45 a.m. October 26, 2003. She was a native of Napoleonville, LA and a resident of Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Calling will be from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Tues. Oct. 28 in Conkle Funeral Home Lynhurst Chapel, 1202 S. Lynhurst Dr., IN 46241, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. Survivors include sons James Irvin "Jim" Small and Michael J. Smith; five granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband J. I. Small, Sr. with whom she co-owned and operated The Grass Shack at 5657 West Washington Street for over 25 years.
