David A. Wise

David A. Wise 52, of Martinsville, IN formerly of Indianapolis, passed away July 24, 2009. He was born March 13, 1957 and was employed by U.S. Food Service and always worked in the food service business. He was a 1975 graduate of Scecina High School and was an avid fisherman. David was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Catherine (O'Brien) Wise and a sister, Rose Marie (Wise) May. Memorial visitation will be Monday, July 27, from 3:00 p.m. until services at 7:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St. David is survived by his companion, Glenda Berry; sister, Mary Beth (Ken) Hughes; brothers, Daniel (Joni) and Donald Wise; step-children, Nicole Fortner, Tommy and Johnny Cobb; numerous nieces and nephews. David was a great step-father, brother, uncle and friend and will be greatly missed. Memorial contribution may be made to I.U. Medical Center Transplant Foundation.
