Hard to believe Doug has been gone 8 yrs. We shared a lot of good times together. He was one of the reasons I left Cincinnati to move to Indianapolis to work at AUL. We always enjoyed going to dinner with Doug and Anne. Good memories!

I had the honor and privilege to have met and become acquainted with Dr White during my residency at Methodist Hospital in the late 70's/ early 80's, as well as during the early years of my career...I always admired his blend of compassion, professionalism, and humility and considered him a wonderful role model for a young physician. He was always held in the highest regard by all who knew him. Thomas L. Hutchinson MD.
