Janet L. Jones

85, of Greenwood, entered into eternal rest on June 16, 2017. She was born on July 6, 1931 in Indianapolis to the late Wayne and Reba Haviland.

Janet is survived by her loving sons, Robert "Bob" (Mary Sue) Jones and Richard "Rick" (Nila) Jones; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren, and her loving dog, Bitsy.

Janet was preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry A. Jones.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave, with visitation from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Round Hill Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Johnson County Humane Society and/or Woodside Community Church.
