I'm so glad to have known John and all of his family while growing up in Noblesville. He and Mrs. Talbott were always so welcoming to me and so many others visiting their house so often over the years. John was kind and funny and a wonderful father to some great kids I was lucky enough to be friends with in high school and college. Sorry for your loss Talbott Family.

What fun we had! Time spent with Uncle John was time well spent. How fortunate I was to learn from the example of this gentle, hilarious, self-effacing, and deeply wise soul. He lives on in his sons, daughters, and grandchildren; the best people I've known in my life.

He would have been 91 on August 29th. We miss him so much but it was a blessing to be with him.

My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Mr. Talbott. May you hope in the God of all comfort to strengthen and console your hearts. (Psalm 27:14)
