Larry Marsh Obituary

Larry E. Marsh 63, Pittsboro, passed away suddenly on September 23, 2006, at the University of Louisville Hospital. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation there from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, September 25. Larry was born October 19, 1942, to the late A.J. Marsh and Ellia Reisert Marsh Scamahorn. He was employed by Superior Oil Company of Indianapolis. Larry was a devoted father, grandfather, son and brother, and enjoyed life, living it to the fullest. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Survivors include his mother, Ellia (Matt) Marsh Scamahorn; children, David (Anita Carlton) Marsh of Naperville, IL, Darrell (Katherine Swain) Marsh of High Ridge, MO, Michele Marsh of Brownsburg, IN; the children's mother, Carol Marsh; grandchildren, Cassandra, Samantha, Katelyn, Juliana, A.J., Emily, and Levi Marsh; brother, Wayne (Nancy) Marsh; nieces, Leslie (Greg) Waters and Staci (Chris) Syester. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Larry's father.
