Marlene Sue Richardson

77, Indianapolis, passed away on Wed., Jan. 8, 2014. She was born on April 20, 1936 in Shelburn, IN, the daughter of Roscoe and Mamie Daugherty. She was a secretary and a Civilian Volunteer Police Officer for the Indianapolis Police Department. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ralph Richardson Sr. She is survived by two sons, Daryle (Donna) Tabor and R. Wesley Richardson Jr.; a daughter, Katrina (Henry King) Kelso; a brother, Roscoe (Mary) Daugherty; granddaughter, Christie (Mike Abston) Simpson; great grandchildren, Desiree Tabor and Jaylon Simpson. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thurs., Jan. 16, 2014 in Conkle Funeral Home Speedway Chapel , with visitation form 11 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to A.S.P.C.A. at http://www.aspca.org. Online condolences may be shared at: conklefuneralhome.com
