Bob was one of my neighbors when I lived in Irvington years ago. I remember him walking the neighborhood wearing National Guard uniform and carrying a full backpack, preparing to go to Serbia or Croatia. I also ran into him occasionally at work (I worked for Debt of Public Works). Bob was a good neighbor, good Public servant. Thank you, Bob, for your service to our country.

I deployed to Bosnia back in 2004 with Mr. Faudree. He kept trying to convince me to read The DaVinci Code. I finally read it, and he was right...I loved it! You will be missed Bob, rest well.

May the few years of happiness he gave you out weigh the sorrow of his death. Now may time heal you and may he rest in peace forever.
