I was one of the buddies that played gin and golf with Bob. In the literally hundreds of hours I spent with him, he was always a good friend. He was a fine man who did much to improve the world around him. The stories he and his brothers used to tell on each other were priceless and showed true affection for one another. I am proud to have known him.

Bob was a very special friend and will always be remembered by my whole Family. I don't know anyone who has been more generous over the years than Bob. He gave tremendous amounts of time and financial resources to help people less fortunate than he was as evidenced, for example, by all he did for the Saint Mary's Child Center. Bob had a heart of gold and it's very painful to realize he's gone. The picture was taken from Bob's Islamorada home in the Florida Keys where my Wife, younger Son and I spent a very special and memorable 24 hours with Bob a couple of years ago. Bob, I've loved you as though you were a big brother to me and I've always valued your wisdom and advice. I'm confident your faith has taken you to Heaven where I'm planning to see you again someday. And, you will always live on in my heart. God bless you Bob!

Uncle Bob was truly the Uncle that everyone wants to have in their family. He was always generous and willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in the family that needed it. He was a force of nature. Hard working and hard driven. He definitely made a difference in many lives by his generosity to the St. Marys Child Center and his entrepreneurial visions to build homes and golf communities that were affordable for many. He was incredibly generous to my mother treating her to travels all over the world with his wife, Barbara. And, he and my Dad were loving brothers. When I was growing up, I only remember him from afar. He was always working hard or playing hard...cards, boat racing, And building new businesses, but I always felt he would be around if we needed him. I am so glad I got to be with him more these past few years and will be forever grateful that I got to say goodbye and thank you to him last week. He will be missed. Now you, my loving cousins are his legacy. God Bless You All! I pray that the Holy Spirit will guide each of you through this difficult time. My deepest sympathy and love to you all! Carol Jean
