Sandra L Morris
53, Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2013, after a 4 month battle with lung cancer. Sandy was born in 1960 in Indianapolis and graduated from Decatur Central High School in 1978. She was a preschool teacher at Traders Point Christian Academy for 23 years. There, she found her passion in life for teaching young children about Jesus Christ. Her other hobbies included boating at Dale Hollow Lake, watching her children play soccer and other sports, and having family get-togethers to play cards or watch the Colts. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Ron; four children, Rebecca, Bryan, Kristina, and Eric; one grandchild, Chandler; and parents, Robert and Martha Gaalema, all of Indianapolis. Showing will be Friday, September 6th from 6 - 7:30 PM, followed by a small service at Traders Point Christian Church, 6590 S. Indianapolis Rd., Whitestown, IN 46075. Arrangements entrusted to A.R.N. Our entire family was blessed to have known and been touched by Mrs. Morris. Our two young sons, especially our oldest, was lucky enough to be a recipient of her wonderful gift - teaching children about Jesus. She touched so many children's lives through her work.
