Stephen Schulz Obituary

Stephen M. Schulz Passed away Monday, July 10, 2006 at his home in Austin, Texas. He was 48. A graduate of North Central High School in Indianapolis, Steve earned his B.A. in Mathematics at the University of Rochester. He continued his study of Mathematics with a Masters degree from Cornell, and then earned a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Michigan. He worked in Artificial Intelligence at Cycorp in Austin, Texas. Steve had great musical talent and enjoyed playing the piano, violin and guitar. He took music classes at the Eastman School of Music and was selected to play violin with the World Youth Symphony Orchestra at the National Music Camp at Interlochen, Michigan. He was a creative cook and enjoyed exploring the cuisines of other cultures. Steve was the son of Dale M. Schulz M.D. (deceased) and Dorothy Schulz Englehart. He is also survived by his sister, Ann Trimmer, her husband William and their two sons, Scott and Mark. Interment at Crown Hill Cemetery.
