Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 16, 2016, at Speedway General Baptist Church, 3821 West 34th Street, Indianapolis from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the church on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 12 noon.
