Perry Frank Sr., 89, of Indianapolis, formerly of New Orleans, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 7:45 am at Brickyard Nursing Facility, Indianapolis, IN.
Perry was born February 29, 1936, in New Orleans, LA to the late Louis and Madeline W. Frank Sr. Perry, and his then wife Barbara W. Frank, was the beloved father of Patricia Frank, Perry (Barbara) Frank, Denise F. Shields (Grayling), and the late Paulette and Darren Frank. Perry was the grandson of the late Emanual William and Magdeline La France and the brother of the late Louis Jr., James Sr., Charles, Peter, Leo Sr., Joseph, Manuel, Harold and Warren Frank. Perry is also survived by his (7) grandkids, (16) great grandkids, and (1) great-great grandchild, and a host of other extended family and friends.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to Indiana Funeral Care, Priest and Parishioners of St. Raymond/ St Leo the Great Church, all neighboring churches, Catholic cemeteries, and Brickyard Nursing Staff.
All are invited to attend the graveside blessing April 1, 2026, at St. Rock Cemetery #2 at 12 Noon. Blessing with Father Stanley K. Ihuema, SSJ.
