(Dr. Paul) Doghramji, Stephen J. (Mary Ann) Brown, Marybeth (Kevin McMunn) Brown and Susan A. (Wayne) Mauri; loving grandfather of 15 grandchildren; brother of Dorothy Sullivan and Thomas Brown. Relatives, members of the Lower Merion Fire Department and Philadelphia Fire Department and friends are invited to his Viewing Tuesday after 5 P.M. and Wednesday after 9 A.M. in St. Eleanor Church, 647 Locust St., Collegeville, PA. 19426. I had the opportunity to work for Chief Brown as a young firefighter in center city Philadelphia. He was a great teacher who always took time to explain the job to his firefighters. I learned a great deal from him. My condolences to his family and friends.

I was very sorry to learn of Al Brown's passing. I worked with Al in the PFD, Mostly in West Philadelphia. I found him to be an agressive Firefighter and a very good Fire Officer. My condolences to all of his family and friends.
