ALFONSO J. JR., on June 4, 2013. Cherished Husband of Linda (nee Caso); Awesome Father of Alfonso J. III, Robert, Mara, and Brianna; Dear Son of Alfonso Sr. and the late Rita (nee Schultz); Brother of Michael and the late Thomas; Brother-in-law of Thomas (June) Caso, Maurizio (Lisa) Caso and Anthony (Angela) Caso; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and loyal companions Huck and Finn. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing MONDAY Evening 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the PENNSYLVANIA BURIAL CO., INC., 1327-29 S. Broad St. and TUESDAY Morning 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 13th St. and Long Beach Blvd., Surf City, NJ. Funeral Mass to follow viewing at 11:30 A.M. Int. private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to U.A.M.S. Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy Development Office, 4301 W. Dear Linda and Family,
It was such a sad shock to hear of Al's passing. We haven't seen each other in a long time but I only have fond memories of our times together in Tabernacle. You both raised wonderful children and always seemed to be so very happy. I can't imagine your grief and pray for you all to find comfort in the wonderful memories everyone has for your beloved Husband. You're all in my prayers.

Linda, my freind, my true sister, my heart is so heavy for you and Alfonzo, Robert, Mara and Brianna and Huck and Finn too, because they will feel the loss of their loyal owner! Linda, you were a great great loyal wife, mother and friend. As Al always said to me you were his angel and you were. Al was a unique individual, loyal and faithful and honest to a fault. I remember lots of things he has taught me. Just knowing he is no longer in pain should be a comfort in some way. He fought the good fight to the very end. He is with the Lord now out of pain and smiling down. Until we meet again, my freind, rest in peace.

Al was a great ballplayer and teammate on the Tabernacle White Sox in 1994. He was instrumental in us winning the championship that year. He was first to congratulate me when I hit my first home run over the fence at 43 years of age! He will be sorely missed.
