AMELIA HALL Obituary

HALL AMELIA J. "AMY" (nee FLOYD) Amy was married to John Hall Sr with whom she shared 39 years. She was born in Philadelphia, PA in 1946 and was a resident of Ephrata, PA for the past 15 years. Amy was a woman of faith, a devoted wife, a loving mother, and grandmother/great-grandmother. Family and close friends meant the world to her. She counseled many, with love. Most of Amy's life was spent helping others in need. She was passionate about patient advocacy and was recognized for her consummate dedication in founding the Northeast Chapter of the Fibromyalgia Support Group in the 1990's (Phila. PA). Her volunteerism was instrumental in helping those with Chronic Fatigue, Lupus and Fibromyalgia to find proper medical care as well as fellowship. A nature lover, Amy enjoyed planting, bird watching, caring for animals and had a special fondness for the beach. After many years of managing auto-immune disease and chronic pain, surviving lung cancer and enduring COPD; On September 11th, 2021, Amelia Hall slipped into the arms of her Lord and Savior with the comfort of loved ones at home. I am so sorry...I didn't know Amelia passed...I had found some genealogy work she had given me and was looking for her address when I found this...She was a good woman...And dancing with the angels...My sympathies to all who loved her...
