It was a very sad day when we lost Tony. We have been friends since 2nd grade. We had our first Holy Communion together at St. Andrews. We did so much with our friends from "The Circle" which was where we all would meet to hang out, play baseball, football or just talk. Tony was always a great guy to be around. He was very competitive, as was I. He will always be missed. It is hard to lose a friend and even harder to lose a good friend. Good friends at hard to find. RIP my friend, we will get to have another baseball catch or throw a football around. See you in the next life.

Tony was always a hard-working kid. I remember he had a job selling something at the 69th Street Terminal. And I think he also mowed some lawns in the neighborhood.
He had quite a throwing arm. On our Drexel Hill Babe Ruth League team he was our catcher. When I was playing first base I always had to make sure I stayed awake for his laser beam throws trying to pick off a runner.
... and then there was the wild drive up Highland ending up at someone's steps near my house on Fairfax.
...and he was able to eat cherry peppers right out of the jar!
A good guy!

Dear Tony, saying goodbye to another member of the Bonner Class of 1963. It seemed like yesterday we were the "cool" guys of Delco. To his family, my condolences. He was truly a great guy. Tony, rest in peace, congratulations on a life well lived. See you on the other side. Save a spot on a beach for me
