Hello,
My name is Jim Paolucci and I reside in Swarthmore. I purchased insurance from Arlene many years ago when I was self employed. She was terrific to work with. I felt that I gained a friend. We would meet periodically for lunch. Arlene would provide terrific business advice. Arlene was a great story teller, especially about her family. She also loved hearing about my kids. Just a couple of years ago, I received a call from Arlene. My oldest daughter had just graduated high school and Arlene said she saw my daughter's name in the paper. Arlene just wanted to call and say hi and ask how everyone was doing. What I admire the most about Arlene was her extremely positive attitude and love for her family. My condolences to the family.
