Great grandmother of Eric, Sean, Sara and Matthew. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Friday 1:00 P.M. JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Interment Montefiore Cem. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Multiple Myeloma Research Fdn., 383 Main Ave., 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06581.

Now you are @ peace. & w/ your parents, Sister & other family & friends. Now Annette will know that you are w/ her son. Because you were Best of best Friends. I hope this will give her peace.
