Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Sunday 9:30 A.M. precisely GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. Interment Montefiore Cem. My sympathies to Carl's family. I only met Carl thru his Business, I always looked forward to seeing him in the spring. I only spoke to him week before last. I hope his final days were peaceful. I will miss his advice and our discussions.

Carl has been my best friend since we met in rhe early 1970's. He and Elaine have been there for me many times over the years and my family will miss him very much.
