CHARLES McCLAFFERTY Obituary
McCLAFFERTYCHARLES E., ESQ., on September 7, 2016 of North Wales, formerly of Dresher. Beloved husband of Teresa M. (nee Puffer). Devoted father of Erin T. McClafferty Erfie and her husband Michael of Dresher and Sara G. McClafferty Torres and her husband Johnny of Merida, Mexico; also survived by his grandson Daniel G. Torres and brothers Daniel T. McClafferty (Shirley) of Alexandria, VA and Barry McClafferty (Mary Beth) of Phila.; as well as his beloved dog Gracie. He was preceded by brothers Joseph and Dennis McClafferty. Charlie was a member of the class of 1973 at Temple Univ. and class of 1976 of Villanova Law School where he was class President. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 11 A.M. at Our Mother of Consolation church, 9 E. Chestnut Hill Ave., Phila. (Chestnut Hill), PA 19118 where the family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 9 to 11 A.M. Interment George Washington Memorial Park in Plymouth Meeting. For those desiring, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Charlie's name to Our Mother of Consolation School, 17 E. Chestnut Hill Ave., Phila., PA 19118 or Mt. Saint Joseph Academy, 120 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown, PA 19031.

Teri, Erin, Sara, Barry & Daniel I wish to offer my deepest condolences for your loss.
I will be thinking of you all tomorrow.
My memories of Charlie will always be his warm welcome and hospitality to myself (and other members of my family) 'The Irish McClaffertys' when we came to visit Philly.
It was a good many years ago now, but still seems like only yesterday, when the smiling Charlie showed me all the sites on a very informative tour of his cherished hometown!
May you rest in peace Charlie.

Thank you for everything you did for me ! You always took time to talk to me & really cared about me! I will cherish all memories I have ! I will miss you dearly ! But I will be strong like you would always tell me !! I love you & will meet you again one day
