DOROTHY HARVEY Obituary
DOROTHY M. "DOLLY", age 45, November 4, 2009. Beloved fiancee of John D. Maguire. Dear daughter of Joseph and Margaret (nee Elliott) Harvey. Dear sister of Joseph Jr., Lorrie Higgins and Robert (Jean). Also survived by nieces, nephews and John's daughter Christine Moan (Michael) and grandchildren. Dolly was a 6 year lung transplant recipient and was proud to donate her organs to the Gift of Life Program. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday eve. 7 to 9 P.M. at the SLABINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 2614 Orthodox St. Phila. and again on Tuesday beginning at 10 A.M. Services 1 P.M. Int. private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dolly's memory to the Temple Lung Center, 3401 N. Broad St., Suite 715, Zone 3, Phila. Pa. 19140 would be appreciated by her family.

Dear Harvey Family,

Aunt Peggy, I am very sorry to here about the loss of Dolly. I know her and my dad are messing around up there over us. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and Dolly will be missed greatly but she will always be alive in spirit.

Dear Aunt Peg,
Joe and I are so sorry for what you and the family are about to face the next couple of days... Our prayers are with you all for God to be with you during this time of letting go your Daughter... Dolly Loved life so much and she fought a good fight... But her spirit could not keep up with her fraile body any longer... She is with Grandmom and Grandpop and the rest of our family watching over everyone... We need to be as strong as she was... Joe and I will keep you all in our prayers during this time... John & Family, Dolly was one of a kind and that kind was beautiful, funny, outspoken, kind, and a good friend. See touch so many lives and will be missed by many.
John, keep strong. I know what your going through and it's not easy. You are lucky to have great friends and family for support. I love you.

Aunt Dolly, we just want to express how much you will be missed. Who else is going to call us now and tell us something is wrong in the duplex, ha ha. You lived a happy life and although you will not be here anymore, the suffering is over, you are in peace now. We love you very much!
