ETHEL BAILKIN Obituary
ETHEL (nee Cohen), May 31, 2015. Wife of the late Isadore; mother of Michael (Billie) Bailkin and Stephen (Donna) Bailkin; grandmother of Jordanna (Christopher), Marc (Alyssa), Eric (Jamie), Nicholas, Cole, Alexander and Chase; also survived by 6 great grand-children. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Wednesday, 11 A.M. precisely, Roosevelt Memorial Park (Sec. B-7), Trevose PA. Shiva will be observed Wednesday and Thursday at the home of Stephen and Donna Bailkin. Contributions in her memory may be made to Jewish Federation of Greater Phila.

So sorry for your loss. We did not personally know Ethel. My wife recently found her on You Tube. Her recipe for potato knishes will remain as a legacy to her memory. They came out even better than she described--and better than the ones I used to buy while growing up in the Bronx, New York. We also very much enjoyed the You Tube Cohen family history. She was a very intelligent and articulate "lady".
