FLOYD MARTZ Obituary

MARTZ
FLOYD R., 85, of Richmond TX, formerly of West Trenton NJ and Cheltenham PA, on September 7, 2011. Mr. Martz served in the U.S. Navy as a Pharmacist's Mate during World War II and was the recipient of a Bronze Star. He started his railroad career with the Reading Railroad and retired after 36 years from SEPTA. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth J.; father of Floyd (Sandra), II and Randall (Kathleen); grandfather of Alexander and Heather. Also survived by devoted friends and caretakers, John and Susie Brown. Mr. Martz was an avid animal lover of Jingles, Zeus, CC, Zina, Petunia, Sam, and Pandie Pie. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service at 11 A.M., Thursday, at FITZGERALD-SOMMER FUNERAL HOME, 17 S. Delaware Ave., Yardley, PA, where friends may call from 10 A.M. Interment will follow at Ewing Church Cemetery, Ewing NJ. Memorial contributions to Montgomery County SPCA, 19 E. Ridge Pike, PO Box 222, Conshohocken PA 19428-0222.
