FRANK ARCARO Obituary

ARCARO FRANK Beloved husband of Daria (née Bordoni), devoted father of Francesca Ricker (Justin) of Sudbury, Massachusetts and Whitney Arcaro of Manhattan, New York City, and doting popi of Kathryn and Campbell Ricker. Also survived by brothers Nicholas (Josephine) and Anthony and sisters Mary Ann and Linda; and brother-in-law of Pat and Marylyn Iavarone. Frank was wonderful uncle and godfather. And he truly was a special and loyal friend to so many — most of whom he has known and loved his entire life. While Frank was the quintessential Philadelphia sports enthusiast, he always found a day at the races especially exciting. Frank, though fully vaccinated, passed from complications due to COVID on January 14, 2022. A celebration of Frank's fulsome and spirited life is planned for the Spring. Donations in his memory and honor can be made to causes important to Frank and his family: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; The American Lung Association; or The St. Peter's School of Society Hill, Philadelphia. www.stolfofuneralhome.com

I met Frank when we moved in across the street from him and Daria. He had a welcoming smile and always stopped to say hi when I was out front.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.

My love to your family. So many wonderful stories of Frank that Whitney has shared through the years have made me laugh till tears streamed down my face and my belly hurt. What a father and grandfather he was. May he rest in heavenly peace.

Our heart felt sympathy is extended to the entire Arcaro family. Growing up in S. Philly, my family lived directly across the street from Frank and his family. Memories of those days live on in my heart. Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
