FRANK BLASE Obituary

BLASE
FRANK A. JR., age 86 on May 26, 2010. Son of the late Frank Sr. and Rose Blase; beloved husband of 52 years to Theresa F. (nee Laino); devoted father of Bruce Q. (Dolores) and Frances Rose (Michael Utkus) Blase; loving grandfather of Lindsay and Amanda Blase and Audrey and Julia Utkus; also survived by his sisters-in-law Margaret Stango and Teri Laino; loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII from October 1942 to August 1946 in the Pacific Theatre and then worked for Gulf Oil Corp. in Phila. for 36 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing and Funeral Saturday 8:30 A.M. from THE GRASSO FUNERAL HOME, Broad and Shunk Sts. Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church, 9th and Watkins Sts. Phila, PA. 19148. Int. Holy Cross Cem. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to St. Nicholas Church or a Charity of Donor's Choice.

Blase Family.... Theresa Im so sorry to hear of Frank passing away He was a kind and wonderful person and will be missed,Theresa all i can say he left this world to be with our Dear LORD he gone but his spirit will live on forever.He is now resing in peace there is not enough words to express my symphany to you.Again im sorry .....jill from Dr Kitei office
