JAMES J., on Sept. 28, 2008. Beloved brother of Marie DiStefano, loving fiancee of Deanna Hayes, also survived by nieces, nephews and stepchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Friday 9:30 A.M. at St. Cecilia Church, 535 Rhawn St., Phila. PA 19111, followed by Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. Int. Rosedale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name to the American Heart Assoc., Mem'l Fulfillment Center, 5455 N. High St., Columbus OH 43214 would be appreciated.

I knew Jim since I was in High School.He was always a good friend and always made me laugh.It was great last summer when we got to hang out with Dennis and his wife.I was looking forward to seeing him when Dennis and Adrianna come to Philly in a couple of weeks.

Dear Dee, It's so hard for me to believe that Jim is gone. The time we worked together was too short, but he was an easy person to know. He was very genuine, fun-loving and truly kind to everyone. He had a very generous spirit and everyone who knew him will miss him immensely, including myself.
