Jim,
It's so hard to believe you are gone. When I first heard, I thought it was some horrible rumor. From reading the other entries, it seems you had quite a following. You touched a lot of people's lives wherever you were it seems. I am keeping the Mack family in my thoughts and prayers through this very difficult time. Rest in peace Jim.

James, i'm still in shock and sincerely i'm not sure if words are enough to express how I feel about your sudden departure. I spent just a few days with you on my first job with SLB. I wonder why the good ones are always gone too soon...I guess it's a question we'll never be able to answer. But i'm sure your precious soul is in a better place. That in itself gives comfort to all the wonderful people you met in your life's journey. Ride on James, you'll always have a place in our hearts.

I was very sad to hear of the passing of such a terrific friend. Everyone who met James, liked and respected James. I remember when he started with SLB. He was projected to work in Casper, WY... and I pressed him to request a transfer to OKC, because I could see he was the kind of guy we would be lucky to have. He never disappointed. He learned and progressed quickly, accepted high responsibility, and made an impact. His zest for life was refreshing. I could only hope that my own kids would be the type of person that James was raised to be. To his family, warmest regards in a difficult time... I am so deeply sorry for your loss... There is no doubt in my mind, how proud you were of him. He was the kind of young man that people will remember for a lifetime... and smile at the thought of his brilliance and youthful exuberance. God Bless his soul and guide the family to heal and find the beauty in celebrating his life. Though the ending came too soon, he wrote a beautiful story. On behalf of me and my family, please accept our most heartfelt condolences.

To my fallen brother of the MC world:

I'm still in disbelief over this whole situation. We all take that risk when we jump out on the road on just two wheels, but to some of us, that's all we know. Although the risk is inherent with the lifestyle, it never stops us. It was never about being flashy on the road. It was just about feeling alive. You knew that as well as I did. It's terrible that you had to be taken from us so young, but I know you'll be riding on, wherever it is that you may be my friend.

I met you once in SLB and you made a good impression. You were happy, full of life and had a contiguous smile. When i heard you were gone. I just could not believe it and I still can't believe. I pray that our Heavenly Father will comfort and console you loved ones and that you are at peace and with your maker. God bless!!. You will be missed.

James, I truly enjoyed working with you. Everytime you came on the job, all the problems went out the window! You always made me laugh with the way you pronounced my last name. Thank you for all you taught me on the job. You were the best! Alot of people wanted to have the experience of working with you and I had the privilege to do it twice! You were greatly admired. May the Good Lord comfort your family at this time. Rest in the Lord

J-Mac... Bro, I truly wish we could have hung out more. The few times we did, you left an everlasting impression on me. All the mutual friends we share have nothing but great things to say about you. I saw those same characteristics that everyone boasted about you and I know that you will be missed dearly. Best wishes to the family and they should be very proud of all you achieved in such a short time.
