I worked for the City of Camden as an attorney, including a municipal court prosecutor, for about 11 years, I always liked Jim Phillips personally and noted his devotion to his work as a Camden Police Officer. Reste In Pacem, Jim.

I was saddened to hear of Jim's passing. He was my dad's friend and partner at Camden PD. I know you and dad are up there raising heck now :)

I was very sad to learn about the passing of Jim this morning after being contacted by our mutual friend, Paul Lopresti. Lt was a remarkable man, excellent martial artist and an inspiration to the community in which he worked and gave so much. You will be missed sir but never forgotten ... thank you for all you gave.
