Janis Gillham Obituary

GILLHAM
JANIS MONES GILLHAM, died peacefully at home Sept. 19, 2007 in Newton, MA. Ms. Gillham was Director of Interior Architecture at CBT in Boston. Born in Phila., she attended the U. of Penna. and received her architectural degree from Harvard Graduate School where she was one of only six women in her class. In 2002 she started a non-profit organization "SHARE THE BOUNTY" which aimed at saving family farms while feeding needy local families with farm fresh food. She leaves her husband, Oliver Gillham; her mother, Selma Mones; her sister, Andrea Mones; her brother, Dr. Richard Mones and several nieces and nephews. Contributions can be sent to SHARE THE BOUNTY, Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, 271 Main St., Great Barrington, MA 01230.
