To Jeff 's family (Bill and Bill's mom and Jeff 's parents): it must be so. clear to you in these pages just what a powerful and positive impact your Jeff had in the world of so many people in so many walks of life. I am among those that have been changed and oh so blessed by his presence. He was in many of my classes at CCSU and so beloved in those communities. He was a grounded, fiercely intellligent, kind and joyful addition to my days. I am broken- hearted and am only consoled by the feeling that he is probably now around a lot of peaceful souls just like him. Jeff I pray that you are being showered with the same love that you brought into so many's lives. With love and sympathy from Sheila Siragusa

Dear Little J,

I remember you as the adorable little boy who used to pass out programs at your Grandmother's funeral home. You were once going to study to become an Undertaker to carry on the family business but decided to follow your dreams in theater and music. I did not really know you as a grown man however, as I learn of how you touched the lives of so many and truly lived out your dreams I cannot say that i'm surprised. You always seemed to be a caring, determined and kind child . I did not attend your service yesterday which is not odd for me as I have only attended 2 funeral services in my adult life. I'd rather remember you as the handsome & outgoing young man that I saw in my home in of June 2011. You were like a Grandchild to my mother and you will always be remembered in my heart as the adorable Little J.

My friend,

We spent the day with you today, and with your beautiful family. We've spent many days together as teachers, colleagues, and most importantly, as friends. I hope you understand how much you are loved and will be missed. We will never stop thinking of you, and we love you. Always stay fierce. Because our memories of you will always be fierce. Always.

I knew jeff through the reading Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps. I can honestly say that I have never seen a man who brought so much life to his performances! I then saw him again with Perk Valley when I was teaching someone else. It was such a thrill to see him again. When my son, also Jeff, said he was going to co-compose music for Jeff's dance recital, I was so excited that my son would get a chance to meet your Jeff.
He was an incredible performer, he had a smile that was infectious and anyone who was lucky enough to have Jeff cross his path was a better person for it. God Bless Jeff's family and friends.

While it's been many years since Jeff and I spoke, we had a good relationship. I met him when I went to Bensalem and he, PV, and it continued when we both went to West Chester University. His smile literally lit up a room. I'll never, ever forget the day he asked me to fill in for his guard unit at PV during a competition. Being in band, I've only helped out with guard and drumline. I had two days to learn the music, movement and work and I failed miserably. But I did it because of who he was and his passion for guard. Jeffrey, you will always be an amazing guy and I hope you rest in peace. I honestly bet that as you entered Heaven, they were playing your song.

I was Jeff's art teacher in MS at PV, and worked with him in the musicals too. I enjoyed catching back up with him and his activities on Facebook. Words fail me to express how sorry I am for his family and friends. My prayers go out to you. He just graduated and had his whole life ahead of him. How sad, yet I know he had a loving soul and will be in a good place. I will miss his posts, and all the cute pictures of Marvin.

I will always remember singing in chorus and honors' choir with Jeff. Musical rehearsals were always more fun because he was there spinning his flags in between scenes. He had an amazing voice and a beautiful spirit. I will never forget him sitting behind me in homeroom in his Just Jack t-shirt from Will and Grace, or the days when he would wear his pink feather boa. Jeff was truly an individual. He was not afraid to be who he was during a tumultuous time when so many of us were. He always had a warm smile on his face and a song in his heart. I will miss you Jeff. My sincerest condolences to your fiance and your family during this difficult time. Heaven's choirs have a beautiful new voice.

To Jeff's family. I am a professor at CCSU, and I had Jeff as a student in several of my classes. I am so saddened by the tragic news that he has passed. What a beautiful, talented, and bright young man he was. I feel I was close to Jeff as a person, as well as a student. I know how you will miss his wonderful smile and presence. It was such a shock and a real loss to the world. Professor Lani Johnson, CCSU Theatre

Jeff,

Although I only knew you for a short two years in that time I came to know a talented, intelligent young man who seemingly could troubleshoot almost anything and brilliantly complete all tasks handed. I am very thankful that you were a part of the CCSU community for as brief as it was. You were a leader among your peers and the faculty always held you in high regard. You will be deeply missed and I know you are dancing in the light! My immediate family and I are sending your family and love ones armfuls of heartfelt condolences and prayers of peace.

Love and Light,
Catherine Fellows

We met Jeff briefly a few times through our daughter Lisa, and I remember him as a gracious and warm young man. He has obviously left a big imprint on the lives of those he left behind. May he rest well in the presence of the Lord.

Every single thing written about you, Jeff, is how you lit up peoples lives. Challenged them to be the best and push their own limits. It seems like yesterday you, and Bill, were seated around me lighting up my living room with the love you two had for each other. "make it teal! No wait, orange!" those invitations were the spiffiest ones I've ever done! Im so honored to have been able to be a part of you and Bill's happiness. I hope you continue to shine light on us all from wherever you are now. Love to your families and your fiancé in this time of sorrow. May they find some semblance of peace and the strength to bear the saddness and replace it with joy and happy memories.

Jeff, you've touched so many lives with your infectious spirit, positive nature and open heart. You always knew how to bring people together- to work together, to spin together, to enjoy each other's company. It seems fitting that your legacy be one of bringing people together and inspiring them to live with your passion and zest. Thank you for opening hearts and reminding us that a little love in your heart goes a long way. I will miss you and cherish your memory.

My darling Jeffy. YOU were such a sweet spark in this life. You enjoyed every minute and met all the ups and downs that life can sometimes offer with a BIG GIANT SMILE and the warmest heart. You will be missed by so many and will live on in the hearts of us all. I still can not believe that this is reality, but I feel safe knowing that we have a beautiful angel up there watching over us all, singing, dancing and keeping us all fabulous and fierce. West Chester feels like forever ago, but the memories will never be forgotten no matter where this life may lead.
So much love to you!!! xoxoxoxoxoxo

Jeff was a beautiful soul. Everything he did, he did with passion and all-out effort. He was loving, kind, and extremely talented...and that smile could light up any room he was in. His life was cut way too short and he is already missed immensely.
My condolences to his family and to the many lives he touched. Miss you lots buddy.

I met Jeff when he was working at Liberty Tax Service in Collegeville. Amazing such a talented person could also be so analytical. He was kind, thoughtful, had a great sense of humor and a way of putting people at ease. He touched many lives for the good and will be missed more than words can say. I know he was in God's hands before the devil even knew he was gone.

I first met Jeff when he performed in MCT's Peter Pan in Neverland. I got to know him better once we were in plays throughout middle school. He was such a talented individual. He will be missed greatly.

My thoughts, and prayers are with the family at this difficult time.

From the message I sent to our members, many of whom remember Jeff fondly.......
I remember him well. He was a student at WCU and was in our last "Ruddigore". I see him so clearly as a member of the "Bucks and Blades". He moved so beautifully. He graduated in 2006. He was making a name for himself not only as a dancer and but also a very talented choreographer. He was the artistic director of the "Between Movement Contemporary Dance Company; a Philadelphia-based contemporary dance company pushing social boundaries within our art form" He had a premier of his work "The Raven" in Connecticut early this year.

a favorite quote from his Facebook page:

"We are not put in this world to sit still and know, we are put into it to act." - President Thomas Woodrow Wilson

He lived this. His life was cut very short. Condolences to his family and large circle of friends. He will be missed.
