JEFFREY H., M.D., F.A.C.C.
May 18, 2018, of Cherry Hill, NJ. Husband of Jane Kramer. Son of Albert and the late Eva Kramer. Father of Rachel (Robert) Kaufmann, Allison (David) Resnick and Evan Kramer. Brother of Ken (Robin) Kramer and Judi (Steve) Kovach. Relatives and friends are invited Tuesday beginning 11 A.M. to PLATT MEMORIAL CHAPELS, Inc. 2001 Berlin Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ where funeral services will begin promptly at 12 noon. Int. Locustwood Mem. Park, Cherry Hill, NJ. Shiva will be observed at the late residence. Contributions may be made in memory of Jeff to the ALS Hope Foundation (https://www.alshf.org/donate/;) and Temple Beth Sholom to Rabbi Lindemann Tzedakah Fund

Dear Kramer Family,
I was a friend of Jeff's in High School in my family was friends with his family. Especially my parents who were friends with Jeff's parent both in NY and Florida. I just found out today (through a high school post) that Jeff passed and I'm so very sad to hear this news. My sincere condolences to the entire family. My his memory be a blessing. My heartfelt Condolences to the family.
Dr. Kramer was the best. He took such great care of me, he always made me comfortable enough to be completely honest. He actually listened to his patients. He was a class act and he called me his miracle patient. He was my doctor for 17yrs. Kind truthful words always. He loved talking of his family. My prayers of comfort to the family and all who loved him. Rest in peace

Dr. Kramer was my Cardiologist. He had a way of making you feel special, and his concern for my health always gave me the confidence to know that he really cared about me. When I was nervous he reassured me that everything would be alright. Just an awesome man!! Praying for his family, friends, and all that loved him.

I was so sad to hear from my dad about Jeffrey. I knew him since I was about 5 years old- he used to be the only boy at my birthday parties! My sincere condolences to all of you.

Dear Jane, Kenny, Judy, Al & Helga,
Lee and I are so saddened by your loss. Growing up, living next door, the Levys and Kramers were one extended family. Jeff was like my little brother (only 2 years younger) and we spent a lot of time together during those years. The doors between our houses were always open and lots of great activities took place in the pool (at the Kramer house) and the tennis court (at the Levy house). All family functions always included BOTH the Kramers and the Levys no matter which family initiated the party. I have fond memories of all those years growing up with Jeff.
We will miss Jeff. May his memory be a blessing.

Dear Jane, Kenny, Judi, Al and family. I was stunned to see the news about Jeff. Having had the privilege of growing up with Jeff, listening to the beautiful way he read Torah in junior congregation and later in shul and just enjoying his company; I know just how special he always was.
It was always nice catching up with him at the HJC on holidays.

My deepest sympathy to Dr. Jeffrey Kramer's family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time. I had the privilege to work beside Dr. Kramer numerous times at CADV for almost 10 years. He was the kindest most gentlest soft spoken physician I had the pleasure to work with in a few of the CADV offices. Thank you for your kindness and patience with me and your patients! God bless you in your peaceful journey. You will be dearly missed by so many.

Dr. Kramer's Family, he will be greatly missed. As Laura stated so many patients still ask about him. He was one of a kind. I did not know him well but when I did work with him he was incredibly kind and patient. He will be greatly missed and I will keep you all in my prayers.
