JOHN EDWARD GALLAGHER Obituary

GALLAGHER JOHN EDWARD 75, of Paoli, PA, passed away unexpectedly on June 2, 2022 in his home with family. John is survived by his wife, Sandra Gallagher; son John R. Gallagher, husband to Shelby Hutchens, of Champaign, IL; daughter Michelle Gallagher Carr of Long Beach, CA; step-son Erik Jason McCurdy, husband to Katherine Janes, of Seattle, WA; granddaughters Quentin and Landry Gallagher; grandsons Sebastian and Xavier Carr; grandson Jack McCurdy; brother William Gallagher, husband to Joan; sister Marjorie Gallagher; and several nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents, William and Marjorie Gallagher. After earning his Master's Degree, John spent several years working for Fortune 500 companies, before launching a very successful management consulting business that served dozens of companies throughout the Philadelphia area for more than 30 years. Upon retiring, John was an avid golfer, and enjoyed spending time at his beach house in Lewes, Delaware. John was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cared deeply for his family and friends with kindness, love, and understanding. A private memorial service will be held at Cathedral Cemetery in Wilmington, DE on June 8. ALLEVA FUNERAL HOME
