JOHN W. 'JAKE', Dec. 6, 2008, age 79, of Tequesta FL, formerly of Clifton Heights PA. Loving husband of the late Marylou (nee Stellman). Beloved father of Jack (Sue), Susan (Daniele), Faith (Harry) and Drew. Fun loving grandfather of Courtney, Jeff, Gabe, Oliver, Jake, Jessica, Max and Charley. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Mass Sat. 11 A.M., Church of St. Mary Magdalen, Providence Rd, Rose Tree, Media, where friends may call after 10 A.M. Interment Private in Flordia. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to Neighborhood Hospice of West Chester, 795 E. Marshall St, Suite 204, West Chester PA 19380 would be appreciated.
