We have fond memories of Mr. Wackerman working on our house, and others, on Queen Lane in East Falls thirty years ago. One day I said to our toddler, Tom, there's Mr. Wackerman! Tom shouted Wackoo!!! And John smiled and laughed and replied that yes, he was a wackoo. Such a gentleman, John was a positive presence on our street.
