JOSEPH R., age 73, on Aug. 9, 2005 of Ocean City, NJ, formerly of Havertown, survived by his children Ann Markley (Clay), Sean Donovan, McCarthy Donovan (Christine) and Roberta Nuss (James); also survived by his granddaughter Chase Markley and his brothers Jack, Richard, Daniel. Mass of Christian Burial Sat., Aug. 13 at 10 A.M., St. Matthias R.C. Church, 128 Bryn Mawr Ave., Bala Cynwyd. Viewing in Church from 9 to 9:45 A.M. Int. Calvary Cem. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Joseph's Preparatory School, 1733 Girard Ave., Phila., PA 19130.

Dear Dad, Sean talks about you so much. The speed of light and Halloween colors. Telegrams and chocolate milks. He loves you so very much. You would be happy to know he's a wonderful husband. And a good man. With morals and values that are untouchable. We pray for you Dad daily. I'm sure Uncle Richard has arrived by now..all of you are together now..We miss you and Mom. But somehow daily there is something that reminds us of the both of you. Everything is good for Sean. I'm the happiest woman in the earth to have married him. We just want you to know that your far from forgotten. Your in our hearts and minds daily. You did a great job Dad. Praying for you daily... Love Sean and Evelyn..

Dear Dad, Uncle Richard left us this past Saturday April 3 2021. He left this Earth peaceful and looking forward to being with all of his family in heaven. Your still sadly missed. Dad you did a great job being a Dad. Sean thinks of all of the ways you inspired him to think outside of the box and to be an independent man. Thank you Dad.. Give Uncle Richard a hug from us. Most of all just know how much your loved and not forgotten..Love Sean and Evelyn.
