Memories and Condolences
for JOSEPH FERRARO

Not sure what to say?

May 17, 2012

Joe, you are at peace now, in every sense of that word. God knows all, and see's all. One day we all have to
face him at his heaven doors where he makes his judgement call. Those who have done no wrong will be by God's side, those who did wrong will meet the devil. I know you are in heaven, someone like you who had a gentle soul, kind to animals and people, there is no other place
God would put you, but with him. So you are free at last, go among those who love you and are there now. You will be missed, but never forgotten.

My condolences to you, Shelby, and the entire Ferraro family. Shelby, you were instrumental in ensuring that Joe had a quality of life throughout his end of life journey. You were present, empathetic, loving, and you listened. You affirmed that Joe's life was and will continue to be meaningful to others. You gave Joe a precious gift by allowing him to die at home and one that will allow you and his children and grandchildren the gift of peace now that he has gone.

Sincerely, Karen
