Mary-Ellen "Mickey" Davies

Davies Mary-Ellen "Mickey" (nee Glass) Succumbed to her illness on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at her residence. Born March 22, 1941, in Philadelphia, she was the only daughter of the late Robert and Florence (Weigand) Glass. She attended Sacred Heart School, Villa Maria Academy, and Immaculata College, where she earned her bachelor's degree in biology, and subsequently received an MBA from Temple University. She worked at Wyeth Labs, where she met her future husband, Chuck. Thereafter, she worked for Merck Sharp and Dohme for 35 years as a research scientist in virology. Mick was a member of Springford Country Club for over 30 years and loved golf, which, until her illness, she played with great delight. She and Chuck had numerous golfing vacations. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Chuck, and her brother Robert Glass, Jr. and his wife, Susan. Micky will forever be in our hearts and minds.
