So many wonderful memories of Mike. Sitting outside on the patio watching the wildlife, playing with his beloved dog Charlie and his love of all animals. Don and I will miss him. Our thoughts are with you Pat, Chrissie and Anthony.

My dear sweet Mike. Our friendship meant the world to me and the time that we worked together was the best. I always referred to you as my work hubby. Meeting your family was special. Anthony was lucky to be your brother.
I'm happy that God decided that you should no longer be in pain and gave you a special task of being an angel. I hope you are looking down upon me and the family. See you when our friendship picks up in heaven. Save a dance for me.
Love you

Mike was an amazing man. I met him my freshman year of college at HFU. He was always there to make me smile during a rough week. I'm heartbroken that he's gone... I didn't want to believe it. Prayers, thoughts and condolences go out to his family.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. The members of our CopNET family would like to thank Michael B. Carrozza for his dedication and service to the citizens of Philadelphia. The passing of Mike will be broadcast to our 3,206 members shortly and we would like to extend our sincere condolences to his family. His absence from our ranks will be deeply missed by the remaining members of Philadelphia's Finest who were fortunate to have served with him during his police career. He will continue in our thoughts and prayers during our remaining days. "Until we meet again, may God Hold you in the palm of his hand. " . . .
Semper Fidelis.
