PETER A. "REDS", on April 2, 2008, age 82. Loving companion for 35 years of Ruth Kolber. Beloved father of Stephen (Donna), Peter (Patricia), Nicholas (Terry), Rose Tamburri (Michael) and the late Delores Mahoney; dear step-father of Diane Junod (Bob), Gary Kolber (Susan) and Donna Roat (Ed). Also survived by 16 grand-children; 7 great grandchildren; and 7 brothers and sisters. Relatives and friends are invited to call Sun. 6-8 P.M. and Mon. 9 A.M. GALZERANO FUNERAL HOME, 7158 Torresdale Ave. (parking on Wellington St. lot). Funeral Mass Monday 10 A.M., Our Lady of Consolation Church. Int. Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, family prefers donations to Fox Chase Cancer Ctr., 333 Cottman Ave., Phila., PA 19111.

Well Pop, we had Mia's First Birthday last week. Wish you could have been there. The party was not the same without you. I make sure Mia gets up to see you at least once a month. After 5 months it still feels weird not having you around.

Reds, two guys should have so much fun. It was an honor and privilege to spend the past 33 years side by side. I couldn’t have done it without you. One man should be so blessed to have two loving dads. I will miss you more than any words I could ever speak. Give Dolores a hug from all of us and may your souls rest in peace.

Pop-Pop.... we wish we could have been there with you. Know that we were there in spirit and you will always be in our hearts. We love you very much, you will be missed and will always be in our prayers. You are a wonderful Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Francesca and Sophia will miss the joy you bring to everyone's life. We will keep you alive with memories and pictures so Francesca and Sophia will know how great you are.
