PHYLLIS (nee Wallace), Jan 10, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Gerald. Loving mother of Phyllis (Fred) Ellis, Mariann (Jack) Accardi and Gerald Jr. Sadly missed by her grand-children Anthony, Patrick, Colin, Abby, Gerald III, and Amanda. Survived by her brother Craig Wallace. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing Friday eve. 7 - 9 P.M. and Saturday morning 9 A.M. at THE TOMASZEWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 2728-30 E.
