ROBERT "BOB" BENSON JONES JD, CPA Died on Sunday, January 12, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin and Frances, and his brother Bill. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Mary-Margaret "Debbie" Ahrens Jones; his daughter Kristen Elizabeth Jones, MD, and his son Robert "Ben" Benson Jones, Jr., MD (Stephen Dickinson PhD, spouse). A Service of Remembrance will be held at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church on Friday, January 24th at 1 P.M., followed by an open reception. I am one of the coaches of T2 Naples Masters and it was a pleasure to see Bob every morning at swim practice. He was always the first one to dive into the pool. Bob shared with me that when he was the Captain of his high school swim team, he was always the first swimmer in the pool and the last one out of the pool. He stated that he needed to "lead by example". After getting to know Bob, I believe he lead by example in every aspect of his life. I will miss Bob's smiling face on the pool deck. He was a generous soul and his impact on all of our lives will never be forgotten.
