Tio Robert,
You blended right in with the DeLeon gang, looking like them but being a special man. God had something special for you to do, and I wasn't one of the lucky ones to get to know the real you. But from the little that I was blessed to know, you showed great courage and spiritual growth. I will always remember a man who was dealt a difficult hand, but you turned it around and made a stand. You stood for your family, and for anyone else in the mist of difficult tragedies. You showed us how to never ever give up and for this we raise our cup. May you shine those happy eyes down on us from heaven, and fill our cups with the joy you are experiencing with those who were waiting. Give my love to Weto Don Jerry, Cookie and Maria. Until we meet again.
Love always,
Mari
Marla, Marcy, Bobby and Kyra, may the peace of the Lord fill your hearts. I will keep you all in my prayers.

Robert DeLeon Sr I will miss you greatly, you are the love of my life and I am thankful that the Lord saw fit to give us three beautiful children, Marcelina Robert Jr and last but not least Kyra.
all the struggles that we went through in our time together was nothing compared to your valant fight to live and watch your children grow. Have no doubt that they will grow into fine outstanding young women and and a strong and happy man.
Our time together was short and though I can not claim to understand why god called you home so early in life, I will not be with out you as I onnly have to look into our childrens eyes to see the love we shared.
We will miss you greatly and you will always be with us.
Your loving wife Marla Rene'e DeLeon

I thought of him with love today but that is nothing new
I thought about him yesterday and days before that too,
I think of him in silence I often speak his name
All I have are memories and his picture in a frame
His memory is my keepsake with which I’ll never part
God has him in His keeping I have him in my heart.
Marla, Marcy, Bobby and Kyra. You are all in my prayers. Please know that I am here for you. I pray that God gives us all the strength we need in this time of grief. Robert will be missed, but not forgotten. He was an inspiration to us all. With Love

Little Brother
When I look upon a photograph.
Not so long ago, not so faded,
A picture of my beloved brother.
The memories have filled my mind,
The times we cried and the times we laughed.
We thought we would grow old together. Through the years we thought it was true.
Then time had come to call. My brother had to go.
He passed away, he went to eternal sleep.
God is holding him as he sleeps.
Until he comes to call.
All I have are my precious memories and photos.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Robert DeLeon was one of great character and full of laughs I will miss him dearly. I know we are on loan to this earth only but a short tine . Never to know when Our time is up but all things come to an end. My uncle sufferd a great deal his strength is definitely admirable as I see it runs in the family. Although I am sad to see him go I am glad His suffering is over. While we all miss him his memories will live in our hearts now and always. I love you tio.
