I, too, was a Canadensis camper - from 1963 to 1970. That was a long time ago but the memories of "Uncle Bob" have endured with amazing clarity. He was a true legend and his passing comes as a crushing blow. This man was a leader and an inspiration. May he rest in peace.

Dear Family of Bob Trimble,
I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I will always remember him as the first person to welcome me to the neighborhood. He always had a smile, a joke or a kind word to say - I don't think I've ever met a nicer man or one with a better outlook on life. My thoughts are with you all in this time of sorrow.

Bob Trimble was always THE MAN!
He greeted me as Superintendent and became a special friend for the ten years that I spent in Cheltenham.
I'll always remember his humor, his positive attitude and his devotion to the students of the high school.
Students and staff were charmed and challenged by Bob - his impact
will be felt for generations.
My wishes of condolence are extended to his precious family from Leila and me.

I was deeply saddened when I heard of the passing of Bob Trimble. He was my gym teacher at Wyncote School and Cheltenham High and taught me how to shoot a jump shot. He was a role model, mentor and friend to countless students throughout the years and will be sorely missed and fondly remembered

I was a graduate of Cheltenham High, and had the privilage of having Mr. Trimble as a wonderful Principal. His voice, and walk down the halls! He recognized me 26 years later as a patient of mine, and I still called him "Mr. Trimble!! I will miss him!
My deepest condolences to The Trimble Family.

As a former camper at Camp Canadensis, I have fond memories of "Uncle" Bob's announcements on the pa system, that began with "Attention both camps." He touched the lives of everyone who knew him, in the most positive way, and will be sadly missed.

Dear family of Bob Trimble, I am very sad to hear of his passing! Bob was an important part of my life in Cheltenham Schools. I knew him when I was a student and he was reponsible for my getting a job teaching for Cheltenham. I have just completed 33 years working for Cheltenham Schools. My memories are many and fond! I hope you can hold onto all of the good he did when he was here with us during this sad time of loss.
