RUTH M., 82, of Atlantic City, on January 18, 2013. Beloved wife of Albert "Emil" Smoger, loving mother of Gerson and Ilene and their partners, Anna Werner and Carla McGee, loving grandmother to Kohelet and Stern, loving sister of Sid Stern. When you think of her, just think of her smile.
