He was the retired managing partner at FoxRothschild and a Past President of Har Zion Temple. A Burial Service will be held at Roosevelt Memorial Park Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 9:30 A.M. followed by a Memorial Service at 12 noon at Har Zion Temple, 1500 Hagys Ford Rd., Penn Valley, PA 19072 followed by a meal of consolation. The service will be live streamed via www.harziontemple.org. Shiva will be observed Thursday night at Har Zion Temple from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. and Friday and Sunday at the late residence from 12:00 noon to 3:00 P.M. Lita, we were sad to hear about Stanley's death and please accept our sincere condolences. I enjoyed working with Stanley on the Community College Foundation board---he brought me onto the board and I admired his dedication and friendliness throughout my time on the Board.

Stanley, you were one of a kind. Working for and with you was the best experience of my career. You were a teacher, friend and mentor and I had the utmost respect for you. You pushed me beyond my safety zones and for that I’ll always be grateful. Lita, you were the love of his life and his rock and I give you my deepest condolences. Shoshana and Reuven, you were too young to remember me but you were his shining stars and his world and I give you my condolences and I’m sure your spouses and his grandchildren were his pride and joy. Stanley was a friend, mentor, counsel and confidante. Having shared real estate matters with Stanley, for years, on opposite sides of the table, he was a primary reason for my joining Fox Rothschild in 1996. He embodied the lawyer's creed of being "hard on issues, but soft on people." Stanley was a maven of real estate matters, was a "character" and had a keen understanding of people. He loved to laugh, told a great joke, and was always warm and engaging.
Everyone knew the light of Stanley's life and his lodestar was his lovely Lita. He smiled when he said or heard her name, and was the Ying to her Yang. Their home was a place of love and laughter - and delicious food.
Cindy and I were blessed by Stanley being in our lives.
May Stanley's memory be a blessing to Lita and the Cohen family.

Stosh was one of my best friends at Temple Law School and I have many fond memories of our times together both during and after our graduation. Stanley was a very kind person and I will always cherish the times we spent together.
