Dear Markowitz and Halpern Families,
I had the pleasure of working with Sue at Benjamin Rush Middle School. While I only worked with her a short time, she made a profound impact on my career as an educator. I am so sorry for your loss. Know that she touched the lives of many, and that her legacy will live on in those that she taught.

My deepest condolences are sent to you and your family. I'll always remember the sweet girl Sue was in high school. I was happy she found the love of her life with you Paul. My heart goes out to all of you.
Sincerely,
Linda Rice Bruck
